Delete your Paper Trails account

The current Paper Trails: Spot Differences release is guest-only and does not create an account or cloud save. Earlier test builds allowed Google and Apple sign-in. If you created an account in one of those builds, you can request its deletion here. Guest progress is stored only on your device.

Delete in an earlier test build

1. If you still have an earlier test build with account settings, open it and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Account settings and choose Delete account.
3. Review the confirmation and choose Delete my account.

That test build removes the cloud save, the Firebase sign-in account, and that account’s save on this device. If your sign-in is too old to authorize deletion, sign in again and retry.

Request deletion without the app

Email lamer4us@gmail.com with the subject “Paper Trails account deletion”. Include the sign-in email or the account ID shown in Account settings. Do not send your password. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting an account. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication account and sign-in profile.
• Your Paper Trails username and cloud game progress.
• The member save stored on the device where you delete in the app.

A guest save on your device is separate and remains until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it. Non-account aggregate usage statistics may remain; records that must be kept by law may be retained for the required period. See our privacy policy.
